Principal's Message

I welcome you all to GIT, one of the most prestigious Polytechnic College in this region. GIT is an institute that offers a variety of professional courses which are technical in nature. The courses offered at GIT help an individual kick-start the career. At a time when the India needs more young people to opt for a career in engineering, the Diploma in Engineering offers a new route into the profession for a much broader section of our school students. The Diploma in Engineering has strong support from industry, academia and the professional engineering community because the students who take it are well equipped to enter industry or universities, who accept it for admission to their engineering courses.

The college has state-of-the-art laboratories, workshops and hi-tech library having large variety of books, periodicals, national and international journals to meet the demands of today as well as future. The institute also has state-of-the-art language lab to develop effective technical communication skills among the students. The institute is providing playgrounds and ample opportunities to the students to participate in extra co-curricular activities for the overall development of the students.
